Request Account and Data Deletion

You can now delete your TYFYS account directly inside the TYFYS app. To protect account security, TYFYS may still ask you to verify your identity before completing the request.
TYFYS is operated by TYFYS MANAGEMENT LLC.
How To Delete Your Account
- Open the TYFYS app and sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Go to Claim Home and scroll to the Delete account section.
- Type DELETE exactly as shown and confirm the deletion request.
- If you no longer have access to the app, email support@thankyouforyourservice.co with the subject line TYFYS Account Deletion Request and include your full name, the email address used for TYFYS, and a callback phone number.
What Happens Next
Once your identity is verified, TYFYS will review the request and delete or de-identify information where appropriate. In some cases, TYFYS may retain limited information that must be preserved for legal, regulatory, tax, fraud-prevention, security, or record-keeping reasons.
Removing Data From Your Device
Deleting your account in the app clears the TYFYS workspace saved on that device. If you only want to remove local app data without deleting the hosted account, sign out of the app and delete the TYFYS app from your device.
