Request Account and Data Deletion

The native VA Doc Finder app does not require an account for local demo use. If you use a hosted Digital Sync account, you can request account deletion using the steps below.

VA Doc Finder is provided by Digital Sync, LLC.

How To Delete Your Account

  1. Open the supported Digital Sync account experience and sign in to the account you want to delete.
  2. Go to the account or profile area and locate the deletion request option.
  3. Confirm the deletion request when prompted.
  4. If you no longer have access to the account experience, email richard@thedigitalsync.com with the subject line Digital Sync Account Deletion Request and include your full name, the email address used for Digital Sync, and a callback phone number.

What Happens Next

Once your identity is verified, Digital Sync will review the request and delete or de-identify information where appropriate. In some cases, Digital Sync may retain limited information that must be preserved for legal, regulatory, tax, fraud-prevention, security, or record-keeping reasons.

Removing Data From Your Device

Deleting hosted account information does not require a local app login. If you only want to remove local app data without deleting a hosted account, delete the VA Doc Finder app from your device.
