SMS Terms & Conditions

These SMS Terms & Conditions apply only when you separately select the optional SMS consent checkbox for Digital Sync, LLC, operating the Thank You For Your Service brand ("TYFYS," "we," "our," or "us"). Providing a mobile phone number without selecting that checkbox does not enroll you in SMS messages.
1) SMS Consent Communication
The information (Phone Numbers) obtained as part of the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
2) Types of SMS Communications
If you have consented to receive text messages from Thank You For Your Service (TYFYS), you may receive messages related to customer care.
3) Opt-In Method
You may opt in to receive SMS messages from Thank You For Your Service (TYFYS) by submitting an online form.
4) Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on the request you submitted and your interactions with TYFYS.
5) Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. TYFYS is not responsible for charges from your wireless provider.
6) Opting Out
You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any TYFYS text message. After you send STOP, you may receive a final confirmation message and no additional marketing or service texts will be sent unless you re-enroll. You can also ask to stop texts by calling or emailing us using the contact details below.

8) Privacy
Information obtained through the SMS program is subject to our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile opt-in or text message consent will be shared with third parties or affiliates. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
9) Supported Carriers / Availability
Message delivery is subject to your wireless carrier and network availability. TYFYS and participating wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
10) Changes to These Terms
TYFYS may update these SMS Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
