Knowledge is leverage. Use these resources to understand evidence questions, VA decision boundaries, and the next step you control.

Briefing 1: Read the Official Compensation Table

VA compensation changes with the combined rating, dependency status, special monthly compensation, and annual rate tables. A calculator can illustrate arithmetic but cannot predict a future VA decision.

Compare any estimate against the official VA compensation rates. TYFYS does not assume a rating change, effective date, dependent count, payment amount, or number of years.

TYFYS pricing pays only for the written service scope. It is not an investment return, and payment does not guarantee that VA will grant service connection, change a rating, select an effective date, or pay compensation.

Briefing 2: The "Nexus" Advantage

A claim can have a service-connection evidence gap when the record does not adequately link a current diagnosed condition to service or to an already service-connected condition.

An accredited VSO can help identify a filing path and submit evidence, but a competent medical opinion must come from an appropriately qualified clinician when the medical question requires one.

We provide the solution:

  • Provider coordination may be available; the provider and examination format depend on the case.
  • If a qualified provider accepts the case, that provider independently reviews the relevant records.
  • The provider decides whether a medical opinion is appropriate and what conclusion the evidence supports.

Complete records can help the VA evaluate a claim, but only the VA decides the outcome and timeline.

Briefing 3: Myth Busting (Working at 100%)

MYTH: "If I get 100% disability, I can't work anymore."

FACT: Schedular disability ratings and TDIU have different work and income rules. Verify how the current VA rules apply to your circumstances before relying on a general example.

A schedular rating does not automatically create the same work restrictions as TDIU. VA guidance and individualized advice should control any employment decision.
