Does TYFYS file VA claims or provide legal representation?
No. We do not file VA claims, provide legal advice, or provide legal representation.
How long does the process usually take?
Timelines vary by records readiness, provider scheduling, and claim complexity. VA decision timelines are always controlled by the VA.
What documents should I gather first?
Start with DD-214, service treatment records, current diagnosis records, medication lists, and prior VA decision letters.
Do you guarantee an approval or rating increase?
No. We do not guarantee outcomes. All claim decisions are made by the VA.
Is pricing percentage-based?
No. We use a flat-fee model and do not take percentages of VA backpay.
