If you look at most VA law firms or large consulting agencies, you see a common pricing model: "33% of your backpay" or "6x your monthly increase."

The Problem with Percentages

Accredited representatives may use different fee structures subject to applicable rules and a written agreement. Review the actual agreement, what work is included, when a fee becomes payable, and whether the fee is a fixed amount or a percentage. Do not assume a representative controls VA's timeline.

The Flat Fee Model

We charge a transparent flat fee. We do not touch your backpay. This means:

  1. TYFYS does not take a percentage of VA backpay.
  2. The written TYFYS scope and flat fee are disclosed before paid work begins.
  3. VA controls claim processing, decisions, effective dates, and payments; TYFYS does not promise speed or an outcome.

Compare the written terms

Choose a service only after you understand the fee, deliverables, exclusions, cancellation terms, and VA-controlled uncertainties.
